Refund policy

Full-price items may be returned in original condition (clean and unused) in their original packaging.  All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of delivery.   Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable mail service.  Your refund will be processed after the returned item is received.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please email catalina@lolindo.net to begin the return process.

Sale items and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

 We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

 

Repair Policy:


Lolindo will repair any design purchased through www.Lolindo.net. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. A fee will be apply in case the piece has been damage or warrantee has expired.

 

To return an item for repair, please follow these steps:

–Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
–Please allow 6 weeks for repairs.

Care

Your piece was hand finished and therefore delicate in nature. We highly recommend to avoid direct contact with water (like swimming or showering), perfumes and lotions. We also recommend that you take off your jewelry when you workout or go to the beach. gold plating does fade with use. Things such as water, the chemical makeup of the skin, oils, and many other things can add to fading of jewelry. Please treat it with care to improve its longevity. and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible.

After each wear — gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection requires wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.
